Responsibilities

Conduct patient rounds to ensure care aligns with individualized plans.
Orchestrate patient flow and bed assignments.
Assist with emergency situations, admissions, and direct patient care.
Troubleshoot patient safety and care issues.
Respond to patient/family concerns promptly.
Serve as a point of contact for physicians.
Ensure appropriate task assignments and delegation.
Collaborate with Case Managers and support departments.
Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing associates.
Participate in quality reviews and performance evaluations.
Maintain physical facility upkeep and equipment readiness.

Requirements

Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma Nursing - RN
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Registered Nurse license in Tennessee (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to clearly communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Familiarity with care coordination, discharge planning, and resource management.
Strong knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act.
Ability to process complex clinical information and develop care plans.
Familiarity with healthcare technology (e.g., EHR).
Good balance, coordination, and physical ability to perform job duties.
