Job description Lyst is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support their FP&A and Strategy team. The role focuses on providing robust financial reporting and analysis to drive business understanding and inform strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Own weekly trading reporting, collaborating with marketing and data analytics.
Prepare monthly FP&A forecasts and reports for CXO and leadership teams, including board materials.
Support budget and long-range planning with financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify risks and opportunities.
Support investment appraisal and modeling for new initiatives.
Continuously improve and automate processes.

Requirements

Newly Qualified - 2 years PQE CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
Minimum 3 years of finance experience (including qualification period).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights.
