Job description Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, is looking for a Senior Ruby Developer to contribute to technical consultancy and application delivery for diverse clients. The role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing Ruby-based backend applications while also taking on responsibilities in DevOps, database architecture, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable Ruby applications.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
Mentor and guide junior developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Provide technical leadership in project planning and execution.

Requirements

Experience in Ruby on Rails development.
Strong DevOps experience (CI/CD, Docker, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Proficient in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design.
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Strong understanding of software architecture, Git, and testing frameworks.
