Job description Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business, is seeking a Product Design Lead to create innovative digital products for clients like the English Premier League, Red Bull, and Nike. The role involves leading the design process from strategy to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities

Lead UX/UI design for digital products.
Utilize user research to inform design decisions and information architecture.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
Build wireframes, prototypes, and design frameworks.
Develop user journey maps.
Ensure designs meet industry-leading quality standards.
Support business development with design expertise.
Ideate new product solutions.
Provide thought leadership on digital product design and sports technology.
Mentor and support junior designers.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in digital product design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating product strategy and UX design expertise.
Proven experience leading information architecture, site maps, and user journeys.
Experience with Agile development processes.
Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience designing for sports organizations is a plus.
Proficiency in Principle or similar is a plus.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
