Job description Compass, a leading global provider of School Management Information Systems (MIS), is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the development and enhancement of their software platform. The role focuses on building new features, supporting existing ones, and improving scalability and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software.
Champion software craftsmanship, clean code, and pair programming.
Cultivate strong relationships with the team and collaborate with Product Owners and Designers.
Mentor colleagues and drive architectural strategy.
Collaborate on product development, understanding customer needs and solving problems.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++).
5+ years of experience with modern frontend JavaScript (React, Vue, TypeScript, etc.).
Experience designing and implementing database solutions (SQL and NoSQL).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with modern product and engineering principles (agile methodologies).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
