Job description Practi is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to build and support solutions for their FinTech platform aimed at improving healthcare access. The role involves collaboration with product, design, and operations teams to deliver customer-facing and internal solutions.

Responsibilities

Build and support scalable, low-maintenance engineering solutions.
Collaborate with engineers and other teams to understand and prioritize customer needs.
Mentor junior engineers.
Contribute to a positive and innovative work environment.

Requirements

Strong understanding of TypeScript and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of browser technologies.
Strong understanding of the React ecosystem.
Good understanding of UX/UI patterns and tooling.
Good understanding of security best practices.
Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
