Job description Wrisk is a digital insurance company focused on simplicity, transparency, and personalization, particularly within the automotive sector. They are expanding their platform capabilities to new markets and are seeking a Software Developer to contribute to this growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of core platform services and REST interfaces in Kotlin.
Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs using TypeScript and React.js.
Evolve and maintain operational data sources (PostgreSQL).
Integrate data services from third parties.
Lead the development of AWS Lambdas in TypeScript.
Evolve and automate AWS infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
6+ years of experience in Java/Kotlin, TypeScript, and React.js.
Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL.
Experience with microservices and message-oriented architectures.
Passion for Agile methodologies (testing, CI, iterative development).
DevOps experience with cloud infrastructure (Terraform).
Ability to define, shape, and drive technical projects to completion.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English and German.
